I moved into a different house in South Philly. I have one house mate now instead of seven. And I have heat! My new house is just 10 blocks south of my old house, but that means I am surrounded by different houses, cafes, window displays, shops, restaurants, and neighbors. I love my new surrounding and I couldn't ask for a better house or house mate. I actually have heat in this new place. Life is good. Here are a few images of what I'm surrounded by!

This is my current feeling based on the facts that this week I have moved into a beautiful new house, am visting DC tomorrow for two days to see art museums with my grandparents, am getting an interview for a Japan teaching job in NYC on Saturday, and am flying to Tokyo to visit my friend Yoriko on Sunday!

I'm so jealous that you get to go to Japan. Vincent and my goal is to get there this year so we can visit family. It's due time Vincent meets his family-in-laws. The airport is 40 min. away from my home...most of my family lives in Tokyo. *sigh*
